Is it possible to voluntarily submit additional evidence at NVC? Will submitting more evidence at NVC raise suspicions? I did not submit that many evidence to USCIS and our petition was approved. If I did not submit the additional evidence to NVC, can I take it to the interview with her? The beneficiary is from Nigeria.

Hello everyone, well this topic has been a very interesting topic bcos honestly the answer has being different, some say it's ok bcos the C O at the embassy may not even look at the evidence you brought to the embassy with, and so say it's not, bcos it raise susppition, well it's a little bit confusing at this stage, I was approved on 23rd of January 2014 and I the only evidence I used was a photo copy of my marriage certificate here in lagos and I was approved, now that we re at the NVC Stage, one have to be very carefull not to mess things up,now am considering if am going to add more evidence weather to add my wife bridal shower California and our wedding in lagos guest list that have names and phone number and address of the guest that were present in both occasion, does anyone have a take on this pls

Pictures, phone call logs, facebook chats, skype chats, emails, flight itinerary, money transfer slips, joint account statements etc. Just pick the ones you have and add. Cheers

Hubby sent in additional evidence at NVC stage. I guess it helped cos I had my interview just this Monday, 3rd March and no document was looked at except photos. Approaching the CO, I could see that a decision must have been reached, only waiting for the interview sesssion to validate their earlier decision or change it negatively.

I think that is the situation with immigrant visas. They review ones file and form an opinion, positive or negative, the interview helps to validate their opinion either way. So I will suggest you add more evidence but dont overdo it. She should still go along with more evidence on interview day incase it is requested.
