My friend needs help. We check the status online, it says READY.. What does it mean? No need to worry?

July 2----- USPS confirmed delivery
July 9----- Received mail and txt of acceptance from uscis for I-485, i-765 and I-131
July12---- Hard copy of i-485,i-765 and I-131 in the mail
July14-----Biometrics schedule arrive on the mail, Scheduled on August 6,2014
August6----Biometrics done!done!
Sept03-----EAD/AP CARD/document production :)
Sept11-----EAD card recieved
October16--Interview AOS :)
Approved on the spot
October 24-Green Card arrived in the mail. :)

No, she doesn't need to worry about. That's normal. I had the status "Ready" on CEAC after the US embassy in Jakarta got my case file.

Wait a second. Did she already have her interview? Based on my experience, the status changed on CEAC whenever things were happened. For instance, when the US embassy sent me packet 3 and packet 4, my status date was update to most current but still says "READY". After my interview, the status says "administrative processing" and the next day says " Issued" following date changed.

By that means, she can go to the US anytime soon, as long as she has visa on her passport and meet requirement per the Philippines government law such as the CFO seminar.

I would say do not buy a ticket before she has visa on hand. There are several posts here mentioned about that. They had to cancel the tickets or lost money for that. The administrative processing (AP) is normal, nothing to worry about. It is different from administrative review (AR) whereas the applicant has to completed missing papers or the embassy are doing some background checks before issued the visa.

I have a question. How many figures is a case no.? Because I use my application ID to check the status in ceac. When I use my Manila no. It says invalid. Pls help :(

Oh, probably because you chose non-immigrant? Try put your case number on an immigrant visa instead. Some people have similar problem like yours. I hope it works.

Rule # 1, and stressed very strongly by the embassy: Never arrange travel until the visa is in hand.

There are no set guidelines as to how things will progress after the interview, some get the visa very quickly, some take weeks, and some even take months. Until the status shows ISSUED I would be patient. The embassy does say it can takes about a week after issued for the visa to be delivered by 2GO, some get theirs in just a couple days after issuance.
