Please help me about vaccination Card

My case is in NVC. my wife recently filed DS-260. In that form my wife wrote YES on one of the Question. The question is Whether Beneficiary have the vaccination card or not according to rule of USA? She didnot asked me abt that and gave answer. I dnt have that paper given when i was baby. I went to Health post today and made a vaccination card... will this card work? Is it important to show those cards while doing Medical here in Nepal? Please help me... M in real problem. If i wont take these cards while i m having medical what should i tell them if they ask abt it?

I believe you can change your DS 260 online even after submission. Call NVC to confirm.

During medicals they will look at the vaccination documents if you have them and confirm if that's acceptable. If not, then they will vaccinate with the required shots.

Nothing to be worried about.

  • 2013-10-30: AOS Shows as "Paid"
  • 2013-11-01: Mailed i864 docs
  • 2013-11-01: IV fee available and paid
  • 2013-11-01: AOS Docs received at NVC ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-04 IV Supporting Docs mailed ( IV payment still shows as IN PROCESS...but moneys already withdrawn from account)
  • 2013-11-06 IV Supporting Docs received ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-07: IV Shows as "PAID"

2013-11-07: Received/Entered both AOS and IV in the system for review.

  • 2013-11-08: DS 260 completes and submitted.

It doesn't matter if she answered yes or no. Before your interview, you will undergo medical examination and you'll have your vaccination chart/record.

Oct. 29, 2013 = IV Fee Bill received and Paid

Nov. 06, 2013 = AOS entered into system for review

Nov. 20, 2013 = DS-260 completed

Nov. 27, 2013 = IV documents entered into system for review

Dec. 02, 2013 = AOS Checklist received

Dec.10, 2013 = AOS Checklist Response entered into system for review

Dec.20, 2013 = IV Packet accepted
