Hello to all! We are so thankful to this great website! I know we were able to hurdle the K1 Visa process(with the help of this website) and just about to start with the AOS so my wife and I are here again to ask your opinions/suggestions(We got married on the 1st of March).

Here are our questions:

1. Can we start filing for the AOS now that we are legally married? What are the requirements?

2. Will my wife still use her maiden name or her legal married name in the I 485 forms?

3. Re: Application for Social Security number-what name would my wife use?

Thank you so much for all your help!
