I cannot find any documents online regarding this one, I would like to know how much the filing fee (I-129F) is for petitioning for my fiance and her daughter. Will it be $340 x 2 or the $340 will cover them both?

I probably shouldn't even bother trying to answer because I'm not really sure. But I think you don't have to pay an additional fee for the daughter. But better let others confirm that! But if memory serves correctly - that's what I think I've read here and there.

Packet 3.5 Sent: 8/7/2014 (We had delays because of civil unrest in Pakistan)

Embassy Receive: 8/21/2014 (Again delays due to civil unrest)

Receive Appointment Letter/Interview Date: 8/27/2014 (interview date in just 9 days)!

Medical Exam: 8/29/2014 (Yikes! The whole thing has now been postponed for 2 months for TB testing)

Interview Date: Originally 9/5/2014 - Now Postponed for at least two months

TB Test Results: 10/15/2014 - came back 18 days early! And she's negative!

Interview Rescheduled 10/17/2014: (embassy moving at lightning speed)!

New Interview Date: 10/29/2014 APPROVED!!!

CEAC Updates to AP: 11/13/2014

CEAC Updates to ISSUED!! 11/14/2014

Visa In-Hand: 11/24/2014

Arrival in USA: 11/27/2014 -- 11 MONTHS, 1 WEEK, 4 DAYS AFTER NOA1

I THINK YOU NEED TO FILE FIRST THE FORM I130 FOR YOUR FIANCE AND WHEN YOU WILL GET THE RECEIPT NUMBER THAN YOU FILE THE FORM I129F FOR YOUR FIANCE AND ON HER APPLICATION YOU WILL ADD HER DAUTHER ON THAT APPLIATION.

NB IF YOY FILE THE FOR I130 YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANYMORE FOR THE FORM I129F

You only need to file ONE I-129F and pay one fee of $340. You will simply list your fiancee's daughter on the I-129F with your fiancee (they will both be listed). When it is time to apply for the visa, then you will pay for 2 visas.

The I-130 is NOT filed for fiance's or their children.

One I-129F petition for the foreign fiance(e). Their child will be listed on it. When it comes time to apply for the K-1 visa at the consulate, you will also apply for a K-2 visa for the child. The child will need its own separate forms, medical and visa processing fee when that time comes. http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-outline.html

Ignore the misinformation about the I-130. That petition is not used for a fiance(e).

One filing fee of $340.
