does anybody sent IV package via email can you submit an example it is seems to be faster then the postal mail

No you can't , only those in EP Countries are eligible to do so !

Check this link, if your case number applies you can scan and submit docs via email,

otherwise... you ahve to send them via regular mail or express mail
