This confusing I-751 form.

I see this question has been discussed here like a zillion times, and I am still confused. So, section 4 LIST ALL YOUR CHILDREN. I am assuming that mean only HER children as the applicant, and we're supposed to list her adult children, none of whom live in the US, or who are filing with her? I'm having confusion here.

Also, just so I am 100% positive on this, since no one is filing except for my wife, the check is for $590, is that correct? I have everything ready to go and just want to make sure I fill out this form properly and pay the correct amount.
