Hi everyone, we're planning to file EAD for my fiance. He's been here for a month and our wedding is next month. So if we file for ead/I765 right now before aos, the fee for the form is $380. so once we get married and file for aos, do we need to file or renew the EAD? And do we still need to pay another $380? or it's included on the aos fee? And how long is the processing for ead/I765 if we file it by itself. Thanks and I appreciate your help.
