Hi everyone I got a check list on 2/18 saying that the birth certificate that I submitted was not the original copy, today I got another check list saying

"1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) or supporting documents. However, we are still waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Immigrant Visa Application or civil documentation. Please return the requested information so that we may complete the processing of your case."

What does that mean I am confused now. ?

More details please. Did you send in the original or a certified copy, and if so,when did you send it? Obviously they don't have it or they wouldn't have asked twice for it. What are you confused about?

Thank you for your replies , I sent a certified copy a week ago, I got confused because the first check list said birthcertificate the second one was wrote differently.
