No, I don't think so. My fiance misspelled my address for I-129F even though both of us already did check and recheck. We did not get any RFE and approved in 38 days. I spelled my address wrong for my DS-160 form as well- put M as initial- and the US embassy in Jakarta did not question me at all and my visa was approved. People do mistake sometimes and they- the USCIS and the US consulates- can figure out whether it is an honest mistake or you are trying to conceal very important information.
