hi my fiance will come and get me.. ..when he come here can he buy a one way ticket..then we will just buy ticket here for both us when we go back to the US?

Most airlines sell a one way ticket. But most one way tickets are equal to more expensive as a retour ticket.

Look into a open ticket. This means you leave the return date open and when your ready you use that ticket to return to the us.

You will need proof of onward travel when going to the Philippines. You may not be allowed to board the plane if you only have a one way ticket. The best solution (cheapest) is to simply book a one way flight to Philippines, and another one way flight to another country nearby. You wont actually use the 2nd one way ticket, as you will buy 2 one way tickets to the US. The 2nd one way ticket is just your proof of onward travel, and its definitely cheaper than a round trip ticket from US to phil.
