There is a difference between being right and wrong and something being legal or illegal. The IRS has done many things wrong in its history and there are things that IRS employees have done that are illegal and has cost them their jobs. I just want to know what exactly is illegal about this so called scandal. What law was broken?

Where'd that come from? The constitution protects Lois Learner, and I'm glad it does. Trouble is the fifth amendment does not allow one to verbally provide a statement, and at the end of that statement attempt to invoke the fifth amendment so that you cannot be cross-examined. She gave up her right to silence as soon as she spoke of her innocence. She wants immunity for some reason. Immunity from what if she did nothing wrong?

Most debates with ANYONE on EITHER side hit this point on this forum. You really need to stop acting like it's as one sided as you make it appear. You know it isn't.

There are plenty of times where both sides have been asked to back up claims and they've refused. Stop focusing on one and ignoring the other. Pay attention.
