I-864 form part 6 - including intending immigrant's income

Hi there,

My husband is presently employed in his country and has a work contract that expires July 2015. He will continue working at that job remotely when he arrives in the US until his contract is fulfilled. In filling out the I-864 form, are we allowed to count his income in part 6 question 6.a.? (I have his work contract and translation in my possession that I can send off with this form proving the salary and dates of work.)

You can count income that will continue from the same source once in the USA. Document that it will continue from the same source though.
