G 325 employment question and i 131 question

In regards to current and past employment for the beneficiary, she has not worked in usa since she arrived, but she is technically still employed at her job in mexico. she too a leave of absence. so what is the correct answer to current employment?

In reading the 131 instructions and applying for advance parole. she needs to return to finalize work documents, sell property, retrieve personal belongings. but in instruction there is a "warnings" section that says she is not guaranteed re-entry. anyone have experience or knowledge of this?

Hi the G-325 as she is still employed she would have to put her current job, but if she is handing in here notice then in the next few days then put unemployed, I don't know about the I-131 sorry, but it can take any were from 30 to 90 days to receive it so you might have the Green Card in hand before it.

another stupid question perhaps... Part 2 of the I-485, which box do I check?

she came on b2, we married, now I want adjust status.

that reads : an immigrant visa number that has been approved, (attach copy of approval notice..)

I don't understand this. she has not been approved nor de we have any such notice. Please forgive my ignorance.

Read the entire thing It also says to attach a copy of the notice that will give you an immediately available visa number if approved. This means you have the right to submit the I-485 based on an I-130 petition (immediate relative) that was filed and is pending approval.

When you submit the I-485 it means to attach a photocopy of the notice of action (NOA) you received when you filed the I-130.

Edited to say: If you are filing the I-130 concurrently with the I-485 (means filing at the same time) then you just click A and keep on moving. What I wrote above are for situations like mine where the I-130 was filed first and then the I-485 was filed some time afterwards.

You will be sending in forms I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131 at the same time you won't have a NOA1 until after they get the forms so you tick A in part 2.
