I am totally confused on what to do next in the K1 process. Our case originally went to the London Embassy and was then transferred to Islamabad at our request. We have filled out the DS-160. The CEAC site updated our case with a link that states the following along with many other things:

When you are on this webpage, the NVC has already notified you of your interview appointment date, time, and location by sending you, your petitioner, as well as your designated agent or attorney (if applicable) an email or a letter.

When we click on a link specifically for the Islamabad we see that it says my fiance should be going to Speedex in Pakistan to pay the fee and submit the documents in order to get an interview appointment.

On VJ I see that most people get a packet 3. Submit that then get packet 4 with the letter needed to get the medical done.

I've reached out to the embassy, but of course have heard nothing back from them.

I have no idea what we should be doing next. Please help!

E mail them they will tell u which forms they need from u and where to submit them and all those forms u can fill them online anf print them.good luck

I've emailed them, but get no reply. I've tried calling them too, but it seems to be pretty much impossible to get someone on the phone. I called NVC and they said I have to speak to the embassy.

Islamabad never did reply to my email, but we did finally receive or packet via email today! I wouldn't have been so worried if it hadn't been almost 2 weeks since the CEAC site was updated stating that the packet had already been sent. Thanks for everyone's replies!

You aren't going to,get any answers in someone else's thread. Not to mention the fact that you are in the Pakistan portal and asking a question that has zero to do with the subject at hand. You need to start your own thread. Go to correct forum and on the top right you will see a link to start your own. Oh and you probably won't find answers on this site, this is a site for US immigration, not Canadian. Google is your friend, Google Canadian immigration
