Good evening, afternoon or morning or whatever it is where you're reading this from.

Me and my gorgeous fiancée are getting together everything we need to submit our i-192f. We are almost there and taking our time to make sure its all correct.

My question is about submitting the proof of and on going relationship. we use Kik for day-to-day chat and skype for video calls. Every morning I send her an email when I wake up and wait for her reply (thanks to the time difference ClockWatch2.gif ) no matter how we communicate things always tend to get a little... mature, and not just PG13, a large number of our correspondents can get extremely explicit. devil.gif.

Our intention isnt to make any of the reviewers blush, so I was wondering what you ever helpful guys and girls recommend? Should we send them one email from every week we have been speaking? missing out any XXX rated ones? send them everything and hope that they are open minded and see it as a frank and honest representation of our relationship?

Any advice you can offer will (as always) be gratefully received.

Many thanks

Send one e-mail for week, and hide the xxx e-mails.

The more inportants proofs of going in a relationship are plane tickets and boarding pass and photos together , that show that you have been together in your country.

They want what they put in the instructions (plus proof that the petitioner is a US citizen.)

7. If Filing for Your Fiancé(e) (K-1), What Documents Do you Need to Prove That Your Fiancé(e) Is Eligible for K-1 Classification and That You Both Can Legally Marry?

a. If either of you was married before, submit evidence that all prior marriages have been terminated. Evidence of termination of prior marriages may include a divorce decree, or an annulment or a death certificate issued by a competent civil authority.

b. Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s entry as a K-1. Evidence of your intention to marry may include a statement of intent to marry.

c. Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) have met in person during the 2 years preceding your filing of this petition. Such evidence may include a written statement from you and/or the beneficiary stating the exact date(s) on which you met in person, copy of airline tickets, passport pages, or other evidence showing you and the beneficiary have met in person during the requisite time period. If you believe you qualify for an exception to the meeting requirement, submit evidence in support of the exception.

All the emails are extra fluff not required to have a petition approved.

Proof of ongoing relationship is only needed at the embassy interview stage. For now, what you need to focus on is proof of having met in person in the last two years. We submitted 4 photos, copies of passport stamps and boarding passes and a copy of the page in the book my fiance wrote for me, where he proposed. No emails, no logs, nothing else, and we got approved without RFE's.

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

06/19/2015 - Wedding (L)

The ROC journey:

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

X-rated material is not appropriate in any way, shape or form for the immigration process.

If you feel the need to include chats/emails, then carefully pick and choose what to send.

My fiancé and I just got our NOA2 about two weeks ago.

The absolute BEST advice I can give, is to look up every thread you can find on VJ about your question.

Myself and Amanda spent hours trolling VJ and using every bit of information we could find. And it more than paid off. No RFE, no confusion, and a quick NOA2.

This site is a cornucopia of good information about everything you should and should not do... use it like it's a bible.

Good luck, and I hope everything works out!

Two people who are intending to become married....should have personal conversations......blank out the talk of your naughty bits though.
