I-130 approved for parents in India...few questions on logistics

Hi All

My parents I-130 is approved and I'm expecting some communication from NVC soon. Here is the situation:

- Parents are likely to move from their current location in India to another city in few months.

- Thereafter, they are required to move to Malaysia for few years. They are required to stay in Malaysia for 6 months before leaving the country.

Question1: Is it possible and if so at what stage to get their eventual visa interview to be scheduled in US Consulate in Malaysia

Question2: Assuming immigrant visa is granted, what is the time limit before they have to enter USA?

Any other information needed to answer the question, please let me know

You have to let NVC know of their move to Malaysia this will be easier so that they sent the case there instead of to India then you having to request for it to be transferred to Malaysia.

They have 6 months to enter once visa is granted
