I say - no family no kids no filling form form for green card. And i started annulment. She smile ant told my - you dont now what im can do for documents. She take knife and putting to my face and shoot recording on the phone. Im hold her arm whis knif werry strong . Im call 911. Police come and arrested my. She says im kick her. About video she show policeman and she says im put knife on her hand and put to my face.....:-)

But. I have conversation in chat where she tex to my - im not her half she disliked my cous after 3 years im 45 and she dont want stay whis my , im not her man ,and if shee got green card she drop my , its MARRIAGE FRAUD, i have foto pictures from phone online and this txt translated notary.

Via some email whis my friend in Kiev - she looking freelance job - she wrote she stay in US whis extended STUDENTS visa, and have part time job.She asking 600$ pays via Manny Gram for some freelance contract.

About bona fide, together we live after marriage 26 days to order protection separation, she stay on apartment 10 days after live out , lend lord give my latter about - she not live in apartment any more and change lease only on my name.

No banks account for bouth names no insurance no utilities bills no phones bils- nothing.

Im not filled any form or affidavit for her green card.

Now reported police about threats injure/kill person.- im give police officer translated notary conversation- police make report,and i reported about she takes my US passport ssn card and tax form - when im ome whis police escort nex day - she pulled out from her bag my folder whis documents and bank checks book .

I have now date pass to local USCIS office and want to speak about marriage fraud.

Im started annulment marriage.

So after much headache I think I understand this post.

Was this a bona fide relationship in the first place? It should to me like this was an arrangement, you'd get her a green card if she did wife things and had some kids. You're 45, how old is she? Presumably a good bit younger.

So she has a knife on you, and you let her shoot a video on her phone with her other hand? How does that even be allowed to happen?

Were you charged and/or convicted of any crimes? Did she also record you saying you weren't filing the papers? If you have any police report against her of her stealing your documents to fill out and sign the papers herself you will very much need those.

Like most "fraud" claims by disgruntled USC, this is the very usual case where it was the USC himself who originally caused the petition of this "bona-fide" marriage. Indeed, the marriage was never that. Then the entrapped into this marriage foreigner acted out. Is best advice now to approach USCIS again, seeking to unwind the original story of "bona-fide" marriage"?

My head hurts... What does the friend in Kiev and the freelance project have to do with anything? Is it the friend on a student visa here or is that what your wife told her friend she was doing here? Who asked for the money to be transferred and what is the timeline of all this?

I have a situation about marriage fruad. She comes from the Ukraine - after 26 days of marriage she started insisting that I file for her green card saying she only needs documents and doesn't want to live with me because she [not translateable] and doesn't need me like man and husband. So I say if you don't want to have a family or kids then I don't want to file for your green card. I started filing for annulment. She told me that I didn't know what she could do for documents. She threatened me with a knife, recorded it with her phone, I called 911. I was arrested. She claimed that I put the knife in her had and put it to my face. She told me she doesn't like be becuase i'm 42 and once she gets green card she will dump me. She told a friend of mine from Kiev that she plans to stay in the US on an extended student visa and that she will get a part time job. The landlord gave me a letter stating that she is no longer living in my apartment and changed the lease so that it only has my name on it. No joint bank account or utility bills etc. I have not filled out the I-864. She took my personal identity documents and I reported this to police and they escorted me to her to get them back. I am going to talk to an officer at the local USCIS offie and I am annulling the marriage.
