I am wondering what to say when they ask who I am going to go to USA with. Firstly, I'm a 19 year old woman studying in university to become a pharmacist.

I'm not 100% certain at this moment. Here is the situation:

I am planning to go with some university friends for a few weeks however I'm not sure if they will go as some of them are worrying about the costs of an international trip and some other stuff. I really want to visit USA though to see how it's like there and I've already travelled in the EU a lot (I live in UK) and I want to visit Florida (disney world/beaches/etc). So I also would like to go if they wouldn't go. Also there is a small chance my boyfriend would go but he's unsure because of some university stuff this summer. He's a US citizen and an citizen in an EU country as well.

If I had to estimate it it'd be like:

-40% go with my friends

-30% go alone

-30% go with my boyfriend

What should I say if they ask who I'm going with.

If I don't mention boyfriend and I do end up going with him during summer would this cause a problem at Border control?

Sorry for the question I'm just really confused on what I should do. I'm sure about everything else I will say (obviously the truth) but this is the only thing I'm unsure about as I don't concretely know who I'm going with 100% yet. Could be with friends, alone or with boyfriend.

Thank you very much.

If you are a UK citizen, you don't need a visa, you fall in the Visa Waiver Program. And, if you are in a non VWP country, file for a B2 and show proof of your ongoing education. Do not lie about your boyfriend. This would be considered immigration fraud. Good Luck and God Bless!

Tell the truth.

Say you want to go one way or the other, but you are not sure yet who will come with you.

All seems a bit vague, wait until you have some firmer plans.

Already got interview as if I get visa I want to order airplane tickets early so I can get them cheaper. Would it be a problem if I say I'm going with my university friends (as I am planning and hoping) if I arrive at border control without them because plans have changed? Or should I say I'm going alone as that's the only thing I know for a 100% that I am going whether or not anyone else comes?
