Hello

Please i want to ask about some points in I-130 application

i am the beneficiary (19 yrs ) and petitioner ( my father )

1- In information section about my father we have small proplem . My father stay 6 months in egypt and 6 months in united states . In every journey he stay in another place i mean he doesn`t have fixed adress . Does uscis will send any letters to the adress in the forms if they need any papers or if they ask about any information ?? Or they will send what they want to the E-mail adress in the notification form ? . we afraid from that because the uscis may be send letters to get any information they need and we be don`t know what they need !

2- we will send 3 petitions . One for my mom and one for my sister (16 Yrs ) . Do we must send the 3 petitons together with one Check with 1260$ or we must send every petition with it`s own fees ?

3- When we take our visa and can travel to united states ?

Question, when your father permanently moves to the US, I assume this will happen when your mother gets her visa, where will they live? where does he live when he is in the US for 6 months? Can you not use that address?

good luck

1. Why not use your current address? You want to use an address that your dad currently do not live there? If so, his mails will get returned because he does NOT leave there. Unless the address belongs to your family member or a friend who will receive the mails for you.

2. Send SEPARATE checks of $420 drawn on a US bank, or US money order. Please follow the 'Guides' instructions up the top of the page. It's laid out clearly for you there.

You can make each I-130 packet separate with each $420 check or money order. However, you can mail ALL three petitions in ONE BIG envelope. (Disclaimer: I personally will like to mail EACH petition separate. Cost won't be an issue for me. These USCIS workers are known to make grave mistakes by lumping different petitions as one. I would rather spend money than go through headaches).

3. Yes, you can travel as soon as your visas are issued. The visa has a 6-month validity period. You can travel before the expiration of that six month. Good luck!
