Hello Everyone,

I did my Biometrics early bc I will be on vacation for the next week. Went in with Bio Letter and CA Driver's License (not expired) took about 20 minutes altogether. Very quick and painless, hopefully the rest of this process will be the same! **crossing fingers** Good luck to all!!

ROC (Divorce Waiver)- CSC

2/14/14- Filed for Divorce

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

We sent out package on the 12th and out check was cashed on the 17th. We have not gotten our NOA though. Is this strange?? It seems like it when we compare our dates to some of the other couples.

The address they use is the one on the petition, correct? We moved since I received the conditional residency card, but our current address is what's on the petition.

2003/4 School Year: Met hubby while we were in college...became great friends
2005: My college graduation
2011: Began dating
1/13/12: Got Married to the world's best hubby
2/2/12: Mailed I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago Lockbox
2/3/12: Package received and signed for by USCIS
2/13/12: Received NOA1 for all 3 petitions
2/16/12: Got driver's license reinstated
2/17/12: Received notice for biometrics appointment
3/1/12: Biometrics appointment successful
3/5/12: Received notification of appointment for interview scheduled for April 4, 2012
3/28/12: Received notification that production has been ordered for my EAD
4/4/12: AOS interview with my hubby; approved on the spot! Thank you Jesus!

TOTAL TIME FROM FILING TO GREEN CARD APPROVAL: 2 months and 2 days.....Didn't even get EAD; no need for it with green card!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS:

Day 10 - 04/11/2012 - NOA for I-{130/AOS/AP/EAD} Received.
Day 15 - 04/16/2012 - NOA for Biometrics appointment Received. {Scheduled for 05/08/12}
Day 37 - 05/08/2012 - Biometrics app completed.
Day 44 - 05/15/2012 - Interview date schedule @ Dallas/Irving TX..
Day 54 - 05/25/2012 - EAD/AP production Notification.
Day 75 - 06/15/2012 - Interview'd with NO approval. 1 hr Post-interview: Received I-485/Card production email.

A) Mailed our I-751 package on Tuesday 03/18/2014 via USPS to VSC.

B) Delivered on Wednesday 03/19/2014.
C) $590 Personal Check cashed this am, Monday 03/24/2014.
D) NOA sent on 03/21/2014 and received today 03/24/2014.

Day 75 - 06/15/2012 - Interview'd with NO approval. 1 hr Post-interview: Received I-485/Card production email.
Day 78 - 06/18/2012 - 2nd emails {I-485/Decision/Register PR and I-130/Post-Decision} Received.
Day 81 - 06/21/2012 - Received {email of Card mailed out} and 2 Hardcopies {I-485 & I-131 approval}

We sent out package on the 12th and out check was cashed on the 17th. We have not gotten our NOA though. Is this strange?? It seems like it when we compare our dates to some of the other couples.

The address they use is the one on the petition, correct? We moved since I received the conditional residency card, but our current address is what's on the petition.

I sent my package using our new address in the application on March 1, 2014 even though we have moved to our new address last March 8, 2014. They mailed my NOA1/Extension letter to the new address I put in the application. I got the NOA1/Extension letter over 2 weeks but the date on the letter is March 7, 2014. Don't worry, your time frame is still fine.
