Hello folks how u going doing? It s been a long time and here I am again to remove my condition. I have a question. Uscis recently mailed me a letter reminding me of the expiration of my conditional residence. I unfortunately misplaced, how do I know which office to send my I 751 to?

If you go to the USCIS website and search I-751, it will tell you which office to send it to based on which state you live in.

I copied the information below from the USCIS website

Where to File

Applicants must file Form I-751 at the USCIS California Service Center or the USCIS Vermont Service Center, depending on where they live.

I send in my package on February 28,2014 to California service center and the check was cashed on March 05. Until now I have not received any extension notice. Should I be worried? How do I check the status of my case? Help needed

02/06/2012 (day 8) NOA text and email received

02/09/2012 (day 11) NOA hard copy received

02/10/2012 (day 12) Biomatric appointment letter with appointment date 02/28/2012 3:00pm

02/13/2012 (day 15) Walk-in biomatric done in Phoneix (in and out for 20 minutes)

03/12/2012 (day 44) Interview appointment letter for I-485 received with appointment date on 04/17/2012 8:40am

04/02/2012 (day 60) Received text and email update about EAD card in production

04/10/2012 (day 68) EAD card in hand

04/17/2012 (day 75) Interview approved on the spot

Hi March fillers,

1--2 weeks after You should get letter saying your greencard has been extended for 1 yr. Also 1-2 weeks later you should get biometrics appointment letter.

just mail it asap. Ideally you should mail in early 90 days. Thats what I did.

Using my cell so the timeline thing is a bit off,

Mailed February 28th, returned march 3rd, ( overpaid by $5)

Resubmitted march third, noa received march 6th

Biometrics appointment received today, 3/21/14 scheduled for 4/7/14 in Memphis TN

2012-01-04 I-130 mailed to Chicago via usps next day delivery
