My form was rejected they received it 2 days to early.....ugh!

Do you think I need to reprint everything or just send it back as is? They wrote on it and put a special clip at the top.

where to check for biometrics date status?

I just checked mine on USCIS and it says Cannot find it? My Receipt Date is 03/04/2014.

Any idea whats going on?

When should i get my Biometrics appointment date assigned?

Yay!!! I've never been so happy to see a payment hit our bank account!!! The check we sent in as payment to the VSC is now showing on our bank account. Hurray!! Ok....that is all! lol

2003/4 School Year: Met hubby while we were in college...became great friends
2005: My college graduation
2011: Began dating
1/13/12: Got Married to the world's best hubby
2/2/12: Mailed I-130, I-485, I-765 to Chicago Lockbox
2/3/12: Package received and signed for by USCIS
2/13/12: Received NOA1 for all 3 petitions
2/16/12: Got driver's license reinstated
2/17/12: Received notice for biometrics appointment
3/1/12: Biometrics appointment successful
3/5/12: Received notification of appointment for interview scheduled for April 4, 2012
3/28/12: Received notification that production has been ordered for my EAD
4/4/12: AOS interview with my hubby; approved on the spot! Thank you Jesus!

TOTAL TIME FROM FILING TO GREEN CARD APPROVAL: 2 months and 2 days.....Didn't even get EAD; no need for it with green card!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS:

3/11/14: Shipped I-751 package to Vermont Service Center

3/12/14: Received at VSC and signed for by L ZUCHOWSKI.

3/17/14: Payment shows on our bank account for the check written.

4/4/14: Early biometrics successful!

9/25/14: Case update: APPROVAL NOTICE!!!

10/4/14:10 year green card arrived in the mail!!! Yay!

TOTAL TIME FROM FILING I-751 TO APPROVAL: 6 months and 14 days....No RFE or interview! Thankful to God that this is behind us!

My Bio appt is for 3/28 but I will be unavailable/out of town because of spring break/vacation time. I will attempt to do Bio early on 3/21 so I'll let you all know how it goes

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

4/25/15- GC in hand! Happy Birthday to me! :)

Hi All,

I hope you can shed some light on this for me.

I got my NOA last week. My packet was accepted on March 4 which was nice.

In the NOA there was a receipt number (EAC-XX-XXX-XXXX) but when I enter that into the USCIS website it says:

  • Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

I've tried calling but it is automated and when I enter my EAC, which they tell me to quote every time I contact USCIS, it says they do not have a record of my case.

Has this happened to anyone else who has filed in March or is it just me?

I posted this to another forum and a chap said the case number will be included on the biometrics letter. But this doesn't sound right to me. Why would there be different receipt numbers?

Thanks and I hope I haven't worried anyone.
