This is for Yourika and Jim,

I believe I mailed the application on March 29th, 2014 and it was received in Vermont on March the 3rd. (stated on return receipt). Shortly thereafter, I received the NOA1 one year extension dated the 3rd. also and received around the 7th. I hope it is clear now. I am waiting for the Biometrics appointment which I expect soon according to the timelines of the other fellows filing around my date.

I also feel that this space should be only dedicated to questions around filing date and not to discuss how to apply for removal of conditions when there is another site for this.

How can I find out about the NOA1? Can I find out online?

You will receive letter NOA1 in mail stating that they extended your GC for 1 year.

Average time is 1 week to receive that letter.

ROC sent (DAY 00) -2/21/2014

ROC received at center (DAY 03) -2/24/2014

NOA received at home (DAY 07) -2/28/2014 (NOA dated 2/24/2014)

BIO received at home (DAY 12) -3/05/2014 (bio appt on 3/20/2014)

BIO appt (early bio) (DAY 12) -3/05/2014

Approval decision date (DAY 89) -5/21/2014

Approval letter received (DAY 91) -5/23/2014

Card received at home (DAY 102)-6/03/2014

I added myself. Submitted the paperwork on March 1, 2014. Received from VSC on March 6, 2014. I am still waiting my NOA1/Extension Letter. :(

You use the receipt number that's on the Biometrics appt letter, so just hang tight, it should be coming soon :)

my noa is dated 03/05 yet i still cant view it under my case status, it says "youre case cannot be found at this time". anybody else having this problem?

ROC (Divorce Waiver)- CSC

2/14/14- Filed for Divorce

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

4/25/15- GC in hand! Happy Birthday to me! :)

I got my NOA1 in mail today (Mar 15), but it is dated on Mar 11. Still waiting for Biometrics letter ;-)

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.
02/10/2012 Delivered
02/14/2012 NOA Text & Email received
02/21/2012 NOA received in mail for I485, I765 & I131.
02/25/2012 NOA received in mail for I130
02/27/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 2pm on 03/19.
03/01/2012 Successful Biometrics walk-in. In & out only 20 mins
04/04/2012 Combo card EAD and Advance Parole approved but no mail update or case status update that my card was on production
04/12/2012 Got Combo card in mail.
04/20/2012 Received letter for interview on May 24 at Federal Plaza
05/24/2012 Interviewed at Federal Plaza. No decision on the spot
05/29/2012 E-notification for I-485 & I-130 approvals
06/01/2012 E notification of "Card/Document Production"
06/06/2012 Green Card in hand. Yay!!!
