We sent our application for lifting of condition at CSC, last week, Wednesday, March 19, USPS tracking indicated that it was delivered on March 21. However check has not been cashed yet and no email or NOA has been sent to tell me that they do really have it :( I tried calling thru the call center but I was told to call if it has been 30days and no NOA yet... Should I begin to worry that it's been a week since they receieved it and no indication of receipt?

Will I receive an email? When will the check be cashed? Or am I just being paranoid?

They only received mine on the 25th and 3 days later I am too worried because no check cashed or NOA1!

I think it's just unavoidable for most people worry. But look at the timelines, some are taken 7 days or more to get NOA1, so you will probably be getting it soon.

Ok, update. $590 Check for I-751 cleared my bank this morning.

Does that mean I will likely receive my NOA1, or do they cash the check even if they don't accept the application and will return the package, or are sending RFE?

I will for sure be checking the mail as soon as I arrive home tonight!

I hope I receive the NOA1 before April 3, because if not, my wife will be out of status without the NOA1 extension letter.

I thought that was the case, but I wasn't sure. Now am I starting a new box to stuff with as much additional evidence as we can collect, just in case of RFE I want to be able to load them up with too much!

Pretty sure I signed everything, I double and triple checked it and then did the same again.

Arrrgggghhh! Cashed check and still no NOA1 today! This is too stressful.

Do they not wait to send out NOA until the check clears? If your check just cleared yesterday or today, keep in mind that it can take up to 7 days for you to receive your NOA by mail... I wouldn't worry, you'll hear something soon!
