Hey all,

I was wondering if anybody could share their N400 interview experience at the Wichita KS Office.

I have been reading extensively about the Traffic tickets (or citations) (question 16 part D) post over the past week. However, when I filed earlier this month, I didn't put in any traffic violations, but after reading the numerous posts on this website, I am starting to worry as I originally didn't think that Traffic tickets are considered "citations" (and I had a couple of minor tickets over 4 years ago, not sure about the dates, and no receipts kept...). So in order to be proactive, I decided to order my Motor Vehicle/DL Record from the state, and to my surprise, it came out as "CLEAR RECORD". I know I had 2 tickets, just not sure why they are not showing up! Would this be a problem during the interview? I am not sure where else I can access my record! What would you guys do? So far I have had a great experience with my immigration process and would like to finish it that way. (Filed under 3 year rule).

I would appreciate you guys' feedback :)

your tickets, was any of them over 500.00 dollars or any DUI then you need to bring proof that it was paid a copy that it was dismissed, when you go to the interview on question d part 6. be sure to mention it to the officer very important, don't lie tell the truth. you should be fine.don't worry every one gets traffic tickets.

Thanks for the replies, and I understand. All my tickets were below $500 (1 for speeding maybe about 10 over and the other one for a stop sign). The courts' websites weren't very helpful (I would have to go there, which would be fine, except that the 2nd county I had a ticket in is about 200 miles away :-/.). I just read throughout the website about some people sometimes having to provide backups/receipts for old tickets (even if it was below $500), and I am worried I won't be able to get that...
