Yes. The timelines here are an estimate and only based on VJ users and what they input into their timelines here.

You can't. It is unapproved until it's either approved or denied. It just means they haven't made a decision and you haven't updated your timeline because they havent made a decision.

Thought I had read it all....lmao

hopefully you do get approved your timeline gets updated to reflect such

you still have some ways to go and best of luck

like others have said...log on to uscis.gov,create a portfolio and include your receipt numbers in there and you can get your status updates through that, also, register for email update notification so that way, when you get updated, you also get an email and if you are in the states, add your phone number too for text updates

  • 4 months later...

Igor's site said unappoved. but when i checked on the USCIS it says being reviewed. i can't update anything until i receive the NOA2 or approved. Kinda confusing...anyway i have an immigration lawyer and just talked to him one week ago and he said he's waiting on the notification so i can file the affidavite and some other documentation...i cannot imagine told that you are unapprove to have my husband with me....it causes an emotional mental block. What am I to do//

Guys: Igor's list and VisaJourney are NOT official websites.

You cannot check them and expect to see case movement from a third party. You are the ones who input stuff into VisaJourney. It is just a glorified spreadsheet with information from users.

If you want information on your case, you must check with USCIS, who are the ONLY people who do anything with your case.

If Igor's list says unapproved, it means you have not told VisaJourney that you are approved yet. When you are approved you can tell VJ.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
