So after a long wait for my passport, I finally picked it up Thursday. I was just wondering if anyone has RECENTLY went through Pearson Airport in Toronto on a K-1 Visa? Looked through the reviews but couldn't find any recent ones. Will be going through Sunday and was just wondering what the wait times are for it.

Any info would be great. Spanks!

And this is why people post in their regional forums. LOL!!!

Most Canadian airports have pre-clearance, so you go through US customs before you board your plane to the USA.

OP I don't think people have much trouble. Make sure you get there 2-3 hours early for your flight and be prepared to go to secondary where they will stamp your visa.

Honestly it is uncontrollably dependent on how busy the airport is and no one can predict that. March break is coming up in ON so I wouldn't try going then or at least leave yourself much more than the usual 2 hrs - perhaps an extra 1.5 hrs. Worst that will happen is you breeze through and have to sit for an extra hour at the terminal. You'll be able to hit Tim Horton's for the last time for a while.

Everything went well. I'm here in Florida now :D I waited about 2 hours in Secondary Inspection due to other people being there and they also took their sweet time. He asked me some questions and off I went. By the way the I-94 is now done electronically unless that's always been the case. That whole process took about 15 minutes minus the waiting.
