My sister is gonna be the financial sponsor for my foriegn fiance. There is a question about whether or not my sister intendos to make contributions to the support of my fiance.... does it matter what she puts? she doesn't expect to give us any, but she would if needed. Just not sure how to answer that, and if it matters.

also, what should my sister put for her relation to my finace?

thanks!

If your sister is going to provide the primary support for your fiancee, then she needs to fill out the support form with supporting documents (i.e. tax returns) as you will need to do. It sounds to me like her relationship will be sister in law. If you are asking what is her current relationship to this application now, she is the sister of the applicant.

If you are asking if she plans to make donations to the two of you for support, she should answer that the donations will be made as necessary. That's part of going along with accepting responsibility for support.
