This is just what me and wife were thinking too,

I have seen so many other people from other countries getting invoiced except people from India

Maybe all slots for India country at NVC maybe filled up and they might be invoicing as india consulate people get case complete. (maybe, this is what iam thinking)

But u are right they have not been invoicing people from India.

More waiting, ranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

Thanks everyone for the input. I will call on monday and hopefully by next week i can get invoiced , fingers crossed. :)

I have to disagree, I am from Algeria and still haven't received my IV fee invoice even though I completed DS-261 and paid AOS fee on feb 9th.

I submitted my DS-261 on Feb 26th and still have not received my IV invoice to allow me to complete the DS-260. So far not as long as some others have waited, but it definitely feels like a long time to me. I'd expected the wait to received the invoice would be negligible, but it's adding up.

I had the same problem, it was very frustrating,

mine got invoiced after 5 weeks,

see if u ask for a supervisor review.

once u get that , it should be available to pay in few days like mine

the reason for this is because of too many approvals and NVC has a major backlog

thanks
