The most you can do is contact the NVC and make sure the DS-261 was added to the casefile. Ask for a supervisor review if it hasn't' been and is showing complete in your CEAC.

yes you can call and ask for a supervisor but likely there isn't one there this late. You can also ask the operator to initialize a supervisor review on the subject but you may want to wait until you can call and speak to a supervisor. 16 business days (maybe take some of those away for snow closures) is a long time for the IV bill.

Does the form DS-261 require a signature? If yes, who signs it?

no DS261 is online so just fill up that and send

This is just what me and wife were thinking too,

I have seen so many other people from other countries getting invoiced except people from India

Maybe all slots for India country at NVC maybe filled up and they might be invoicing as india consulate people get case complete. (maybe, this is what iam thinking)

But u are right they have not been invoicing people from India.

More waiting, ranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

Thanks everyone for the input. I will call on monday and hopefully by next week i can get invoiced , fingers crossed. :)

Looks like this is happening only for IV applicants from India. Others are getting IV invoice in under 10 biz days.

NVC guy told me i will get mine on March 6th since my DS-261 was completed on Feb 20th. Fingers crossed. ClockWatch2.gif
