My fiance is a rad tech and has license from the Philippines. If he go back to school this year What's the shortest and fastest way he can take? Thanks for your suggestions.

If he is in the US and wants to go back to school to further his education, this will take some time, research and investment. First, he will need to find a school here in the US to continue his education, apply, and see what is needed for him to attend school there. Next, he will have to request a "transcript," at least college and maybe his earlier high school education, and have it evaluated by an authorized US institution/agency to compare his current education to what will be required for his US education. In other words, his credentials in the Phil. may or may not have "significant" value in the US.
