Hi All,

My case has arrived to the embassy and under CEAC visa status check it is in the ready stage. Even though I have not yet received instructions in the mail can I go ahead and submit my DS-160 and Notification of applicant's of readiness form? I have already scheduled my physical and will be seen this Tuesday 04-03-14. I have also had all my shots this passed week. My fiancé is coming to London this Sunday and is bringing her I-134 of support as well as all the documents to support it. Is it fine it fine if I already submit my online paper work?

Shortcut for those who cant wait for their letter: If you have obtained your LND number, you can enter it in the CEAC Visa Status Check site[/size],. Choose immigrant in the drop down. Include the letters LND with your number. The important thing here is to forget the text at the bottom about scheduling interviews or anything like that the Embassy does that for you once you've sent everything in. There are two main statuses at this point:

In Transit This one means your case is on its way from the NVC to London.

Ready This one means London has your casefile and is waiting to receive something needed to progress your case. You may begin submitting forms and booking the medical.

Did you checked if your fiancé received the email from your consulate. Because usually consulate will be sending the instructions to your fiancé or petitioner. smile.png

No, she has not received anything to her email yet.

This is for the London Embassy and posted in the UK forum. What you are saying is not correct for London consulate.

Also, if my fiancé brings the paperwork with her when she comes to London on Sunday will it be too old of bank statements and evidence by the time my interview is scheduled?

No. They aren't that fussy. What is she using for proof? If she has other stuff, bank statements aren't important.

She is a full time student so she has to have a co sponsor (her mother). She is submitting her bank statement, but is currently unemployed. She also has proof of her mortgage. Her mother is submitting 3 pay stubs as well as 3 bank statements. Thanks for all your help. Hopefully this is all good, maybe she should submit proof for school?

They are going to be more interested in the mother since the fiancé isn't sponsoring so no proof of school needed. They would accept only the mother's I-134 and proofs.
