That's not a big deal at all. Save a call and just mention it at the interview. It'll be fixed then (if they even bother as it's insignificant).

they already give 16 birthday year and they want me to put the year from so will it be problem if i put his birth year 1982 because he is there his entire life

Whenever I see someone that has lived in one place their entire life and instead of putting their sixteenth birthday, they put their birth date, then they get issued a checklist. This is why you should put the date of the beneficiary's 16th birthday if they've lived in one place their entire life.

Thanks a lot again. I am close to the end of my question. Before accessing the DS-261, there is a box that asks you to select if you are a petitioner, applicant, attorney or third-party agent. So do I need to select applicant though I am a petitioner? I owe you big for replying all my questions. God bless you!

You need to check the box depending on who you are. If you are the petitioner, you check the box for petitioner.

I am currently going to school full time using my post 9/11 GI Bill and I'm receiving $2300 a month as a housing stipend. I'm currently unemployed and wanted to know if this money would count as income. I have a letter from the VA stating what I'm receiving and when I started school. It's the weekend so the embassy in Manila is closed, where our case is currently at, so I should hear back from them next week.

Please anyone who encountered the same, please share your experience. Thank you!

We called NVC last Friday and they said that we should wait for about 6-8 weeks before the case gets to them. Should we still call them 2-3 times a week?

If it were not a viable option petitioner would not be on there. The NVC understands not all beneficiaries have access to a computer or internet which is why the petitioner can do the ds-261 and ds-260.

Do you have to submit an ORIGINAL Birth Certificate for the Beneficiary?

Because I currently live in Australia with my husband (I am the USC) I am employed in Australia and will not be employed in the USA until we move there after our Interview and Approval.

I am using my parents as Joint Sponsors. I am submitting my W2's and US Taxes (as I still file every year in the USA) as well as my parents. Is this correct? I have read that you cannot combine your income with a joint sponsor but I will not be combining as I still need to submit an AOS I-864, correct?

But should I submit my Australian pay stubs? Or does that only apply to petitioners living in the USA?
