  • There is no need to change "single" status on Indian passport because usa gov does not care about it.
  • All them to give PCC as single
  • PCC will not have your marriage status
  • PCC will Not have your address
  • Hence the is no need to freak out on this

Totally freaked out . Went to Passport seva Kendra to get PCC before checklist ,officer told me you can't have it right now as you have to re issue your passport to amend your wife''s name on it. I dint know this before nor my agent told me. I m in the middle of NVC process paid AOS bill waiting for IV to pay but now so pissed off . Have to apply for new passport whole procedure gonna 1 n half month. Can't believe my agent dint informed me whole things gonna delay case for a mnth

I can't take this any more, NBC took away 300 precious days of my life and TSC's topping =another 30 days after approval

And now all I see is another % €£¥₩ long wait. @ NVC ?... ₩£€€%÷×

for you did DS-260 become available once IV fee appeared as paid ?

Yes it did - thankfully!!

My husband has a BUNCH of addresses he lived - so it took a real concerted effort to get them all typed in there in the right order. Other than that, it was really straightforward to fill out and you can submit it as soon as you answer everything.

Then it shows this amazing thing - the 3 steps (when you first log in tot he IV App page) Agent, AOS, IV with green circles and the check mark then the word completed. For whatever reason that made me super happy!! I know there is still more waiting, but it felt really awesome to finally submit all the info I have been researching and collecting over the past year!!

Now my fingers are crossed for no checklist. :)

Well, yes. If you applied for a visa and got denied, that's what the question is referring to.

Hopefully the reviews should be over under 3 weeks and we get an interview date in May. Would be nice if we can pull it off in April.

We may also get false checklist coz thats been a norm lately with NVC.

Well, yes. If you applied for a visa and got denied, that's what the question is referring to.

but it was 3 questions that requires 1 answer.. will it affect my approval if i got denied from tourist visa?
