Hello VJ NVC March friends:

Updates on my timeline:

AOS, IV showed as Paid on March 18th, DS-260 was available same day.
Then waiting for Electronic Process Approval and new case number.
Was told to wait 20 to 30 businesses to get EP accepted;
Based on Ryan H's recommendation, I started calling NVC more today and insisted on talking to a supervisor, first 3 times, was told all supervisors are in a meeting, at the fourth call, I encountered a rude rep, she refused to transfer me t o a supervisor.
Magically my lawyer told me she got our new case number! EP approved!!!
My lawyer emailed AOS and IV packages and we submitted DS-260 today.
Now another waiting game, hopefully no checklist:)

To be delivered at NVC depends on what service was used at USPS.

To be "received" at NVC can take awhile as it won't show in the operators system until the review has started.

Have you received the case complete email?

It can take a week or more to receive the case complete email.

Did you know what is the longest tine to be delivered at nvc? Because mu aos only takes 3 bussiness days and nvc received it and same as the service of mu civil docs. Im worried if they might lost my civil docs.

Again, it all depends on what service you selected with USPS. If you chose just regular mail, it can take a few days.

I didnt knew New Delhi also came out with this list. Mumbai always does.

They have already come out with the list of the interview. So i dont think you will get a April slot.

Wait for May list and i am sure yours will be there. I am expecting a May for myself also.

Hi Have you received the case complete email?
