I am also thinking of letting my wife go to the local physician to get some

missing immunization shots so she doesnt become a pin cushion during medical....

I gotta do some searching for the list of required shots...believing the Lord for wisdom to make

all the right moves...

Start by reading Saylin's wiki on the NVC process, fill up the form asking her to add you in her NVC filers spreadsheet, the links to both are given in her signature. I think among the March filers, it took you the longest to get an approval. Hope this stage has a smooth sailing.

Yes and as was said earlier in another post....the Physician on that day will charge a lot more for the shots...I will post when I find the list of required shots.

Also I have been thinking about POE...I guess she gets in line with me..?? And I remember we have to pay the $165 green card fee..I think that can be

done ahead of time...gotta nail down a few more facts so I can get focused...

You are correct. This is the USCIS site where you have to pay the $165 Immigration Fee (after visa approval and before travel:

Call and tell them. I did, and they had a supervisor check it out and I could pay the next day.

It takes them weeks to reply to emails, you really want to get on the phone for this issue.

I have a questions, for the I-864EZ for the immigrant mailing address (part 2, number2) can I put my US address there or does it have to be my hubby's India address? We would prefer his mail all come to me and it clearly says mailing address and NOT residential address

I think when you step on her shoes then you understand her part.. She just shows that she gets tired too. I know that you have a question, but it is your part to do some research as well.. It is not her responsibility to answer all our questions, but she do help a lot.. There's hundred's of us who ask the same question over and over and over and theres only one Saylin.. It should be your husband's address in India.

Don't worry they are not going to be communicating via snail mail for the process, it will be all email communications.

Plus, the choice of agent (DS-261) will take care of you getting all of the documents.

Wait I have a question.

Did you send in the AOS even before the AOS fee was paid ?

I sent it right after the money was debited from my account. It took couple of days after that for it to show up as PAID in the portal. This was the recommendation per Saylin's guide and many others on the thread.

When I was new in VJ 4 months ago, I post two topics myself about I-130.

And you moved topics somewhere and I never found my actual topics.

It was just funny old memory for me.
