AOS was accepted. Got the false checklist for IV civil documents earlier today.

Wait I have a question.

Did you send in the AOS even before the AOS fee was paid ?

Finally! I called NVC tonight at around 10:00PM this evening and the CSR informed me our case just completed today. HAPPY DANCE :dancing::rofl::dancing::idea:

finally got case number today! file arrived on 24th feb, and got case number on 27th March. They knew my email address and i gave my husband email address.

I am happy to see this, great for you! Looks like I am now going to harrass NVC more often until we get ours! :-)

He is a US citizen, lived in the UK, now moved back to the US. I am French, we met in 2010 in the UK and got married in March 2013 in France.

-2013-04-22: NOA1 (Case transferred on 12/04) -2014-02-07: NOA2 -2014-02-24: Case received at NVC (Case # received on 03/27) -2014-03-29: DS-261 completed -2014-03-31: AOS fee paid (shown as PAID on 04/02, package sent on 04/03) -2014-04-04: IV fee paid (shown as PAID on 04/08, package sent on 04/05) -2014-04-08: DS-260 completed online -2014-04-14: AOS & IV packages received at NVC (entered in the system on 04/17 and 04/18) -2014-05-05: AOS checklist (phone), joint-sponsor's proof of citizenship lost (other copy arrived at NVC on 05/08, NVC "received" the checklist response on 05/09)
-2014-05-09: IV package accepted
-2014-06-04: Case complete
-2014-06-11: Interview scheduled (July 23rd - APPROVED)
-2014-08-01: Visa in hand

OK guys, all my buddies got case completes this week and we got a checklist on 3/24. It was for hubby's divorce document. They said it was not original. The stamp was very light and hard to read. Actually I questioned this myself when he sent it to me. I asked him if it was a certified copy and he said yes so I sent it. UGH! So the good news is that he went to the court and got another one and it should arrive this morning. Last time I checked on FedEx Tracker it had left France in transit to US. This really bummed me out that's why I'm only posting this now. I was super careful with everything! UGH! :( We just wasted 2-3 weeks. I hope we can still get a May interview. As soon as it arrives today I will express mail it immidiately to NVC. Then we get to wait again.........Oh BTW I called NVC to ask if he could just bring it to the interview but they said I would have to make that request by writing a letter and sending it with the checklist and maybe they would approve it. Didn't want to wait and get a big fat no and waste more time so that's why we are just sending it.

December 21, 2011 - Got Married in the Philippines

December 21, 2012 - Went back in the Philippines for first anniversary.

USCIS

June 11, 2013 - I-130 sent

June 17, 2013 - NOA1

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

NVC

January 6, 2014 - NVC received the case ( no case number yet )

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

February 10, 2014 - was able to pay AOS online

Februay 12, 2014 - AOS showed PAID on line/ AOS package sent ( one day delivery)

February 13, 2014 - NVC received the package

February 18, 2014 - AOS was entered in the system

February 24, 2014 - received an email to pay IV fee, paid IV fee, IV fee in process

February 27, 2014 - DS-260 available online, completed and filed up. IV package sent (one day delivery)

February 28, 2014 - IV package received at the "dock"

March 4, 2014 - IV package was entered to the system

March 7, 2014 - Received a checklist for AOS (GGGGRRRRRR!!!!)

March 10, 2014 - Respond to the checklist ( sent package via UPS)

March 11, 2014 - Package received @ the dock

March 19, 2014 - IV package and DS260 approved (via phone call)

March 27, 2014 - Case Completed ( called NVC 2X just to make sure, now waiting to be forwarded to Manila Embassy Yehey!!!)

March 26, 2014 - Early Medical (No problem however hubby needs to go back to St Luke's for the vaccinations once his renewed passport arrived )

MAY 6, 2014 - Interview @ 0615 (APPROVED!!!!)

May 9, 2014 - visa picked up from to go

May 11, 2014 - Hubby's Flight from Philippines to USA (yahoo!!!! 2 more days!!! I will be with him forever!!!)

4 days with yellow triangle and still not payable... :( let's hope for today...

Fingers crossed for you. You should give them a call and make sure it's not a technical problem, I know other members were told they've had issues lately. Getting someone to take a look for you could help free it up. Good luck!
