IV fee line shows a Yellow Triangle and "Not Paid" status but if we click 'Pay" tab it takes us to next page and can't pay IV as the SELECT column not available.

Is it just us or a common thing?

When is IV invoiced? Do we receive an invoice email?

This happened to me. We were yellow triangled on Friday, but couldn't pay. I received the invoice email at about 1:30 EDT this morning and was able to pay as soon as I noticed the email when I got up for work. It sometimes takes a day or two for things to sync up. Don't worry, it's sadly a common thing.

guys (Philippine applicants) did you do his request from NSO about CDLI????

Applicants should request certificates that are issued with a "CDLI endorsement" (Court Documents and Legal Instruments). This endorsement shows any amendments to the original document from marriages, annulments, name changes etc. Unless a CDLI copy is requested, the requester will receive the unamended or original copy of the document.guys form the Philippines did you do this request for your birth and marriage certificate, etc.

When getting documents from NSO, you should always request the CDLI copy if there are amendments on your documents (i.e., name, birthdate or any change in your BC; annulment on your MC, etc.). A CDLI copy shows these amendments on the space at the right side margin of the document. I know that NSO always give the CDLI copy unless you specifically requested the un-amended original copy (not the other way around as the USCIS stated in your letter). The USCIS and NVC require the CDLI copy showing any amendment. If there are no amendment on your document, there is no need for a CDLI copy. Hope this helps.

For checklists, you don't fix the errors and re-send the entire package. You just send the corrections. So, according to this checklist, you just need to fix the I-864 form and send that. No need to include everything else. But, if you only sent W2s, and no 1040s, 1099s, schedules, worksheets, etc, then I would suggest he do that, or, even better, send the tax transcripts. I'm incredibly surprised you weren't checklisted for that...

Yeah, I was surprised too but I was thankful they didn't ask for it. Unluckily, we don't have the transcript yet but we will try our luck in sending the corrected I-864EZ only. Anyway, my husband already requested the transcript by mail since he can't access his online account in IRS. He will be gone for a month or so (work related), by the time he gets back if we get another checklist (hope not) then we can send the transcript to NVC. Anyway, thank you so much Saylin! :)

Here it looks like everyone speaks with NVC so easy get them on the line...but we could not after many calls to get connected to talk to anyone there....huh......

I almost always call them at least 20 times before I get through. I dail, hang up, redial over and over for maybe 10 minutes.

---

Sent in my AOS packet today. It'll get there Thursday morning! Feeling nervous I missed something, but what's done is done. :)

Hello Saylin,

Can you please add us to your spreadsheet. Our NOA 2 was issued on the 31st of January. NVC received our case on February 14th. Our NVC case was assigned 3/24/2014, and I am waiting for the invoices to become available so I can pay them online :)

Added! Was your I-130 approved from NBC or was it transferred at some point and approved elsewhere?

Case Complete....just got off the phone with NVC.... My case was completed yesterday...I am so happy....

Saylin i don't know if I can be added to the case complete sheet as my Visa Category is IB1. I personally thank you for putting up an excellent guide on this forum for the NVC stage which helped my fire my attorney and complete this stage. A very thank you to all the other VJ members as well...

Congrats! And sorry, only IR-1/CR-1 visa applicants and their derivatives can be added to the spreadsheet. I don't even know what the IB-1 visa category is

Yeah, I was surprised too but I was thankful they didn't ask for it. Unluckily, we don't have the transcript yet but we will try our luck in sending the corrected I-864EZ only. Anyway, my husband already requested the transcript by mail since he can't access his online account in IRS. Well, let's hope they don't catch it when they review the AOS package again. If they don't definitely bring it to the interview, in case they request it there.

Thanks for the answer, it is of help really....when we call , the machine says it is busy and then just hangs up...we still could not connect to any person there to talk....so looks like we need to call really at least 20 times before connect too....

we did not call DOS , only NVC....i wonder if it is same with DOS too, do they have all info about the cases like NVC?
