I have a lawyer my IV package was received by the NVC on the 12th of this month, from the looks of this thread they are speeding up the review process and not holding to the "30" day standard response.

Should I be calling them like every week? every day? does it help. My lawyer for some reason decided to use lame service sent it on the 6th received it on the 12 on the NVC end.

Any feed back appreciated.

When doing EP, do we REALLY have to wait to receive email from NVC saying our ENROLL email was accepted before sending anything to them by email? Will be able to send in AOS in a day or two. Anyone have any experience sending AOS in before receiving enroll accepted email from NVC?

Just looked at the case completes for 2014 so far. Excluding those with expedites, EP, and checklists, the average time at NVC is ~50 days, but the median and mode is 42 days. I'm currently at 29 days... and possibly being a little bit crazy :whistle:

Well, I called NVC and the rep. said they accepted my DS-261 on March 19th, when I submitted it on the 8th! :ranting: Now I'm going to have to wait another week or so to pay the desirable IV fee :bonk:NVC is killing me!!

I sent in my AOS documents as soon as the bill showed as paid and had no problems. Paid AOS 2/14 and sent docs 2/19 then confirmation email was 2/28 for enrolling and AOS confirmation was 3/8.

So yes, you can send in the documents before you get the enroll confirmation.

How long did it take you to receive the ITIN? I also mailed an ITIN application about 2 weeks ago for my wife

That's 2 months... And that's just crazy. I would lose it!

I have called NVC and gave them my email, does that not cover case complete status. I hope I don't get a checklist, if I do, I would literally have to file a case against my attorney as that is exactly what I paid for....I didn't want to miss any paper work.

I guess I will call NVC tmrw, but calling them is a challenge in itself. Would you not agree.
