LOL! Very possible. I once received a favorable comment from an officer at JFK after I told him what I do for a living. Then another time, a USDA officer at EWR said he didn't need to search my luggage because, as a broker, I know I could lose my job if I bring anything illegal

So I decided to fill my DS260 as its already available. Regarding the question, Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? I dont have any vaccination records with me so I selected NO but it asks for explanation what would be the best way to answer it. Thanks.

Case complete! My wife just called. They received our response to the AOS checklist on 5th March.

I have one question though. The lady on the phone told my wife that although our case is complete there is something I need to bring along to the interview regarding the AOS. She said this will be detailed in the interview email. My wife asked if this was another checklist and she said no, definitely not. But she couldn't say exactly what it was.

Has anyone heard of this before? I'm thinking it could be something they tell people at this time of year because some may not have sent in 2013 tax returns and will now very likely need to obtain these as the interview will almost certainly fall after April 15th. We did send them in already though. Maybe its an auntomated heads up about it.. this is only me guessing.

Any idess, Saylin or anyone else?

Now for interview letter. Everyone gets a personalized checklist of what they submitted and what they may have to bring. Probably will say to bring 2013 tax forms or transcripts, W2. just wait until you get.

I always advise people to make a copy of everything submitted to NVC. have had a few people actually go to interview and embassy said they had nothing. So have it just in case and yes i would have 2013 at the ready and any updated info I-864 or DS-260 also should be given.

i answered no too and my explanation was something like this "NOT AT THE MOMENT, BUT WHEN MY INTERVIEW COMES I ALREADY HAVE MY VACCINATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE U.S LAW." because i'll have my medical done before the interview.

I thought NVC worked in chronological order. l know USCIS is crazy, but I was expecting something different from NVC. But yeah, you might be right, they prioritize cases. I hope I see some movement tomorrow!

No, you would have sent that with your I-130 application and when you go to the consulate/embassy for interview.
