They received our packages March 4th. ( Both AOS & IV Documents ) Thanks :)

Hi Saylin & all, I received a dreaded checklist for my I-864 and my dads I-864 (Joint Sponsor). Both seem wrong to me and I'm hoping someone can give me their input.

My dad's checklist says that they received my mom's I-864a but that he has to list her name under household members on his I-864. I checked and her name is there.

My I-864 says that item 13.a.1 doesn't match my tax return. I used tax transcripts and I put the number listed for "Total Income" which just so happens to be the same number listed for "Adjusted Total Income". Was I supposed to use the number listed for "Wages, Salaries, Tips, Etc and not the total income?

I try login in ceac but an error appears.. "401 - unauthorized: access is denied due to invalid credentials. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.."

Anyone who experience this error?

I'm having this right now with IE, but not with Chrome. Weird. I think I might call and bug them about it.

Two questions that I hope aren't obviously covered in the links...

First, I'm filing from abroad and I'm not sure who to chose as an agent. Can I use a relatives US address even if I live abroad (as does my husband, the beneficiary) ? Mail here is so unreliable lately and I'd rather have any correspondence forwarded via private carrier with tracking. Or does it even matter if you provide them with your emails?

And second, are the online pdfs of IRS verification of non-filer status adequate documentation for the aos?

04/18/2014 - denied to change the embassy (luck of Supervisor's attention, :( I think he didn't see an attachment in the letter. So we sent another request again)

04/22/2014 - received a new case # and a note that expedite request is under review for me and our daughter :clock:
