Case complete! Today. Took 17 days from AOS submission for approval and 17 days from iv package it was approved. Sooooooooo freaking excited I can hardly stand myself!!!

Alright folks, I'm probably going to be away for awhile. I'm moving to another city/state tomorrow, and it's time I pack my computer up XD I still have my laptop, but once I get off work tonight, I'm probably not going to stay up much longer as it'll be an early morning moving. And no internet will be in our new apartment until Monday, soooo I'll try to get on when I can in a public spot :P[/quote

Unfortunately, he is not active user anymore since last year.

But I saw his posts and timeline. He was approved Feb than again he got approved on April.

So they messed up his 2 months.

Alright folks, I'm probably going to be away for awhile. I-130 NVC received 03/18/14 (no case number yet)

I-129 NVC received 03/18/14 (case number and IIN assigned and emails were given over) but they told me that my I-129F is under admenstrative process when finshed they will shipped to embassy, have anyone got an answer like that?

You can't do both but if you go K-3 the I-130 sits at the NVC for a year. So if the K3 fails you still have the I130. Just pay the fees

Judging from today, they're reviewing packets they received on the 4th. I sent my AOS checklist on the 5th.... but now its a weekend :(

1/15/2013 - Married

USCIS:
4/11: Mailed out IR-30 via FedEx Ground
4/15: Forms received by USCIS Chicago (Signed)

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

NVC:

12/27/2013: Case received by NVC

1/23/2014: NVC Case #, BIN, & IIN received.

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

2/11/2014: IV Bill availiable and paid.

2/14/2014: DS-260 completed (IV)

2/14/2014: DS-260 support documents sent

2/26/2014: I-864 (AOS) documents received and logged by NVC.

3/4/2014: Checklist for AOS ( I knew it :|a)

Same thing happened to us. So we started with CR-1, because we didn't want to waste time any more, but we still did't hear anything from Embassy. As I can see you have medical scheduled smile.png)) I don't know call the Embassy and ask, I don't know

No, but it's a waste of money. If you're going with the 129 you will have to pay the $240 fee. You shouldn't have started to pay the fees until you're sure you're not going with the 129.

When you say fees, you mean CR-1 fees? Because we thought to go with CR-1 until we hear news from Embassy. So, is there possibility to pay fees for CR-1 send documents what we already done with AOS... and when Embassy call me to get I-129F and to finish the process there, and if the time difference is a month, just to wait for CR-1. I hope you understand my question :)))
