Saylin, how can I add my 129f details onto my 130 timeline? Details are in my signature.

I have been trying forever to put my K-3 info in my timeline. I had a different email address back in 08 when I originally joined. When I try to select I-129f, I get an error saying I put in a wrong date. I have asked the admins to reset my timeline twice. They sent me a message saying they reset it, but it is still there and I have the same problem. If Saylin has a fix, I would be so happy !

Help needed please.

Received AOS payment receipt on March 9th with a letter stating that only those whose NVC case numbers begin with certain three letters need to file the on-line ds260 and send scanned copies of their supporting documents, and that everyone else should file a paper ds230 and send physical copies of their supporting documents.

As my NVC case does not begin with the three letters mentioned I filled out a ds230 and have assembled my physical documents to send to NVC.

However, yesterday my IV payments cleared and I am now instructed by the CEAC website to fill out an on-line ds260.

Would really appreciate it if someone is able to clarify what to do with certainty.

Thank you in advance and all the best with all your journeys.

Hi all. Could I be added to the NVC time sheet. Details below.

I called the NVC 3 times this week for a case number. I got told 3 different things in this order: 30 business days, 15 business days, 20 business days. I'm guessing that means nothing and I'll just keep calling 3 times a week.

The ds230 is obsolete. They no longer use this form. You must go online and fill out the ds260. The only thing you need to send with your IV documents is the bar coded cover sheet that comes available when you pay the IV fee. As far as the AOS packet, you need to fill out the I 864 and send the bar coded cover sheet that became available when you paid the AOS fee. Nice to see you! I was wondering what happened to you. Good luck my friend!!!! :) Edited by STACEY&MISHO

I have a question. Can someone please help?

Some background:

The company that I work for, filed an L1-B visa for me in Dec 2012. The L1-B was rejected by USCIS due to the company's inability to prove that my skillset was unique enough to be considered for an L1-B visa.

Later my wife filed an I-130 petition for me in April 2013

My question:

In the DS-260 form, there's this question:

Now my question is, what should I answer to the above question?

I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks so much!

I would definitely answer yes and give a short explanation, such as the one above.

Saylin, how can I add my 129f details onto my 130 timeline? Details are in my signature.

Can you not just select K3 from the visa type instead of your current IR-1/CR-1?

Hi all. Could I be added to the NVC time sheet. Details below.

I called the NVC 3 times this week for a case number. I got told 3 different things in this order: 30 business days, 15 business days, 20 business days. I'm guessing that means nothing and I'll just keep calling 3 times a week.

Added.
