From previous answers I've read here, the attorney handles your choice of agent form as well as the rest of the fees and forms. But they will request the documents required from you. Have they not yet done so?

Ok 30 mins on hold at the NVC just to be told that it take 8 weeks for the case to be uploaded into their system Guess we're looking at May??

does anyone experience getting an email form the NVC to do the DS-261 again and it has this new bar coded cover letter. I did mine last feb 18 and also our son. our son already had his IV invoiced with no problem but im still waiting for mine. so my husband called the NVC today and they told him that we're gonna be receving an email from them with all the things needed, that's the time we received this DS-261 email thing plus an AOS checklist.

Anyone here waiting for Case to be Completed at NVC?

Waiting for my case to be completed,hopefully by the end of this month.We called them yesterday but still the rep. said,the IV and DS-260 is still under review.

I called NVC today and got a very tired sounding female operator... who didn't know that Canada was EP lol. I'll try again tomorrow I think, just waiting for them to review my checklist, though they are quoting 30!! Business days to look over something...

Ugh. Paid AOS fee on 3/7, and it still says "in process." I called NVC, they agreed its not under normal processing times, and placed the payment under supervisory review. Why is it so hard for it to say PAID? ?

Yes, I paid on Friday, and the money was taken out of my account on Tuesday.
