I recently got my file expedited to us embassy in Dublin.

What should I start to prepare before my file actually arrives there from NVC. It's supposed to arrive within 10 days.

Help!!

I got my NVC Case # on March 13th (last Thursday). I just went to the US-DOS website to log in and I got the following error message:

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

What does this mean!?!? I will be calling the NVC as soon as they open but I'm also internally in a panic right now....any help would be appreciated!

Help!!

Hi!!

Any ideas how long it's gonna take once i got the case number and IIN?

What are your experiences?

Concerning the auto response to EP enroll email, we just called NVC asking about it, and the answer was given to us that NVC has been receiving 30,000-40,000 emails a day, so they are not sending auto replys at all now. So if you didn't receive it after sending your email, don't freak out.

So far only 3 countries can do EP and you are right UK is not one of them. Maybe she was trying it out for you.

Its not a weird question. Some people in the process become eligible for adjustment of status and no longer need an IV from the foreign consulate. All questions in the application have a point.
