First of all, you mean by "we don't get is " means what?

who other people included in your "we"?

Real fact they do not give their data to saylin coz they do not find nvc thread useful at all..( first two pages perfect).

Saylin is nice but why other people interrupt here without any reason.. they interrupt people and talk with them like they are admin for the VJ.

I do not have to explain you about Why saylin ought to do this work..

She is nice and I do not think so she has any problem to change service center if it's incorrect.

Damn. I have another certified copy that I can send them, but since this copy was done in 2013, the format is not the same as the original. Will this work?

In Vietnam you have to go to the issuing office for what ever document it is. They only ever issue one original birth certificate; unless you tell them you lost the original. Keep in mind that a certified copy in Vietnam and a certified translation with an attached photo copy are not the same thing.

My wife's original birth certificate and certified copy look identical except one says original at the top and the other says copy.

I couldn't find the answer on Saylin's FAQ buuuuut is it okay to just submit a copy of my husband's 2013 W-2 and make a note on the cover letter that I'll be bringing the original with me to the interview?

Before April 15 you can just send pay stubs and W-2 to the NVC for 2013. If you send the AOS after April 15 to the NVC then you have to send the tax return. Your interview will be after April 15 so a copy of the 2013 tax return will most likely be needed.

Saylin, please add my AOS Sent date to the spreadsheet. (March 7, 2014) (Also, my approval came from Nebraska, not the NBC. I'm not sure why my transfer isn't showing up on my timeline.)

And we were allowed to pay the AOS fee over the weekend.

Wow! We filled out Ds261 on 14 night which is 14 morning by NH time, but till. Now our fees are still locked. The termination message showed up after we started to fill out Ds261 and still shows now. We couldn't do anything over the weekend.

I just logged in to CEAC under invoices. Ticked the box for AOS fee, clicked on Pay Invoice (or something like that) and I was taken to the payment portal page. I didn't pay though.

Did anyone see changes to their cases during the weekend? Fees made available? Access to system when it was giving an error before?

There was talk of NVC working Saturdays, just wanted to see if there was any movement for anybody this weekend.

Hello Saylin,

Regarding AOS

My wife got permanent Job on SEP 2013 with an annual pay of $ 50,000. Hence 2013 tax transcripts show annual income of 11000 only (obviously pay accounted is SEP 2013 to DEC 2013). However, she has letter from employer clearly indicating her income of $ 50K. Also we will be sending her pay stubs from SEP 2013 till date (6 months).

Will this be fine?. I was afraid as her latest 2013 tax transcript shows $11000 as annual income. But this is obvious.

Please guide
