I already told them..

as we knew that many people left Vj after they get approval from USCIS.

out of 78 approval from august sheet, I just saw only 6 to 7 people here in the NVC sheet.

I do not know why they left but if we have all their data than we have more clear picture about NVC timeframe. ( but it's impossible task).

I don't mind updating. What I was saying was that you quoted me replying to someone else about fingerprint police checks. It's not like I get a second email when someone quotes me. I just get an email when someone posts in this thread. I read every single post. So, there's no need to quote me. Just write my name, then your request. I'll see it.

Remember, there's a difference between co-sponsor and joint sponsor. But yes, if you have a co-sponsor, then you'll be combining income to reach the poverty line. With a joint sponsor, they have to meet the poverty lines for that household size.

Saylin, Please update the excel sheet. My application was received by the NVC on 03/12/2014. Thanks smile.png

Updated.

And it's not Excel :P But technicalities laughing.gif

suggestion for the NVC google doc: sort by newest NOA2 date instead of oldest

No offense, but I'm not going to re-write 800+ lines of data. Just scroll down to the bottom.

does your husband live with your uncle? Does your uncle claim your husband on his taxes?

As I said in my last response, if you combine income, then it's a co-sponsor. But, I believe to be a co-sponsor, they need to live in the same household as the petitioner (re: the co-sponsor would fill out an I-864A).

Also it is good to note that if your husband adds your uncle as a household member co-sponsor, the household count ALSO goes up by 1.
