Well thats scary because I never received this response after I sent my package on the 6th via email nor did I receive it this evening after I re-sent the package via email. Its under 10MG for sure and the email address is correct so I have no idea what is going on here.

I sent my checklist on the 5th and got the auto reply , so Im not sure what to tell you.

To everyone else: Called NVC today: they received my AOS checklist but haven't looked at it yet. I have to call them to confirm case complete right, they wont send me an email?

You get a case complete email for EP, but it can be delayed by up to a week or so, so calling would be faster.

Hi saylin, I filled out DS 261 this morning, and after two hours NVC sent the invoice to pay the AOS, I paid it right away lucky it was pay date dancin5hr.gif. I review the info in the email, and I don't understand why they are sending me the info with my previous legal name, the I 130 had my current legal name on it, I have changed my passport and social security, driver license, etc. My question is, do you think this cause a problem during the process?

thank you.

Happy, happy! We were invoiced and paid both our AOS and IV fees today (3/14)! We have a lawyer, so they were invoiced at the same time and no need to file DS261. We're being proactive with our lawyer's office (getting documents and drafting the forms, even if they don't guide us to), so hopefully our packets will be mailed early next week.

Remind me never to call NVC again on a Friday night @11pm. I was on hold for 35 minutes dead.gif (longest wait so far). However, they did have a case number for both my wife and daughter since yesterday, yay!

Hi Saylin,

Now that I have a few more dates under my belt, would you be so kind to add me to your spreadsheet? Thank you!!
