I'm confused. My husband has lived in the same address his entire life. As a start date, I *don't* put his birth date? I put from the age he's 16?

From reading past posts that I believe Saylin made on this topic I will answer your question. If he has lived in the same address his whole life, he needs to put the date of when he turned 16 there. Not his birth date.

They got mine on 21 Feb, and told me to wait 30 business days. I am still calling about twice a week though

How will that help you buddy ?

If they said wait, we just wait and call after the wait time.

hi everyone!

We are on IV stage,.. my husband sent the payment 3 days ago,and receive reply from NVC which state "IN PROCESS" as far as we know,.. it will only take 2-3 business days for it to get in "PAID" status,. how come we still cannot access for the DS 260? we are also waiting for the bar coded sheet in order to send the IV package,.. anyone? thank you.

Didn't see anyone respond to this yet... the DS 260 will be available once the status shows "PAID".

Also, you should already have access to the bar coded sheet. When you sign into the fee portal, click on "payment receipts". There will be a link there for "Print Document Cover Sheet" or "Email Document Cover Sheet".

I know its frustrating. But at this time, we can only wait.

Maybe you call them only once at the end of the week. Calling them is also a big pain.

I'm frustrated as well.

But I'd keep calling twice a week or at least once a week. There's certainly no harm in that. For me it's been 4 weeks, I'm calling again today.

Good luck! I usually call on my way to work at about 7 AM EDT. I take the bus so I can wait on hold as long as I need to then. If I wait until lunch break I always get a busy signal.

Are we talking about putting the address at DS 260? Since I haven't filled up DS 260 so I have no idea and I can't really give you a sure answer. I said it was just my opinion. I also read in the thread that you will get a checklist if you don't put from the birthdate to the age of 16. I hope someone who have finished filing their DS 260 can help you. Good luck!:)

Bring it to the interview.

So we bring the updated I864 and paperwork to the interview and they will just process it there and give the interview? Or will they need time to process it and reschedule yet another interview a month or to later? We really appreciate all the help.

When you send in the electronic documents I understand they want all the scanned documents in separate attachments. So how would you put your tax transcripts/tax returns in the email. In the same PDF as the I-864 or in a separate PDF? And how would you label them if in a separate PDF?

Hi guys!

Anyone please answer this question.. How would you know if the AOS or IV package you sent is received in NVC? I dont have a tracking number because my atty is the one who send it. On post 1 or 2 in this forum says, even though i call them i wont be able to find out if they received it unless its under review already. Thank you! :)
